When I began traveling the United States back in the summer of 2000, it was mostly for work. Spending days, weeks, and months at a time at client sites, my evenings and weekends were spent exploring my surrounding. From big cities to small rural towns, the only thing I really had with me was a rental car and a pharmacy store bought disposable camera. I started capturing the beauty of the landscapes and unique qualities of the surrounding city. It was an escape from the boredom of being stuck in a hotel room. I came to see travel photography as an amazing adventure; one that’s both stimulating and challenging. I want to photograph as much of the U.S. as I possibly can, sharing the treasures of this beautiful country with everyone.
